IMPORTANT - Please Read!
The following tax change will become effective on January 1, 2010.
In accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-449.80, the Secretary of Revenue has determined that the motor fuels and alternative fuels tax for the period of January 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010 will increase from 29.9 cents per gallon to 30.3 cents per gallon.
