The State Surplus Property Agency offers many items for sell on a regular basis. To learn more about items typically sold or different sale methods, please click on the appropriate link.

You can find what is currently listed for sale through our standard Sealed Bid Process by clicking the “Available Items on Bid” link.

We utilize e-Bay for items such as airplanes, boats, ambulances and other unusual or high-ticket items. Please check the “e-Bay” link often to view availability

Public auctions are used to sell some equipment owned by the Department of Transportation. Please check the "Public Auction" link for upcoming auctions.

When timber and pine straw is available, you can check the “Special Property Bids" link to see a brief description of what is offered and the contact information for bid packages and bidding instructions.

School buses are sold by the Department of Public Instruction. The “School Buses” link is provided to aid you in locating school buses to purchase.

Occasionally, the State Surplus Property Agency offers items on Term Contract bids. Most contracts are for the period of one year and special Terms and Conditions apply. Please check the “Special Property Bids” link to view current availability.

The State Surplus Property Agency sells law enforcement items that cannot be sold to the general public and must be sold only to law enforcement agencies.
